As frontline healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw first hand how the challenging hospital work environment can lead to staff burnout. Yet, the support from a colleague after a tough shift, or simple words of encouragement have made such a positive impact on improving our morale, and we wanted to create a platform for all healthcare workers to support each other.
